    CISCO or ???

    Hi, there i have a little question. Is there any course of CISCO that I can how can manipulate network like for an example: I have online game my program take the incoming signal manipulating it with algorithm and pass it to the game ???

    If this is not for CISCO can you tell me how and where and which book i should take ???

    Heh, so you want to play with pcap? I don't know of any "course" that teaches man in the middle attacks. I wouldn't do it because packet inspection is so simple I would feel like I was taking people's money. To make this relevant to programming, just get the source code for projects that intercept and change packets for games, such as the old classic ShowEQ source, freely available.     pcap doesn't allow you to modify packets coming into the system; it just allows you to view them.
