What you're looking for is called "slipstreaming". There are tools that help with the process:
    Download vLite For Windows 7

Or use Windows Update Catalog. Insert the KB codes for each of the updates displayed in your Windows Update and add them to the basket. Once all updates added, download.

Note however some updates are required to be installed in a certain order. This is definitely true for updates with different release dates. Managing all this after a few months can become nightmarish. Hence why slipstreamed installations are usually a better option. Problem is that they don't follow new updates closely most of the time. But once you get the hang of how they work, you can add your own updates to your slipstreamed installation DVD. Once a service pack arrives, you scratch all that's behind and start anew.

thank you very much guys i really appreciate that .
i once used nlite (for integrating the sp3 to my windows xp installation , )but i didnt know it could be used to saved the installed updates as well!
and about the 'downloading them directly' theory , i think i should do this two ,cause i feel kinda assured when i have the real package at hand , maybe i mess it all with vlite .
again thank you very much .
