GUI editor for Eclipse or Linux?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows of any good GUI editors (kind of like they have in Visual Studio) for Eclipse or Linux in general?

I've tried "Glade", but it's crap. Every control you add takes up the entire window.

I don't need to actually create a working GUI, I just need something that I can use to create a GUI mock-up for a design proposal.

WireframeSketcher?

In any case I used mockup screen software in the past (long past). If you use this in your search phrase you are bound to find something better. That was the first hit after I added eclipse to the query.

Thanks, I tried it out yesterday and it's still nowhere near as good as the Visual Studio GUI editor, but at least it's better than Glade... I just wish the tab control worked more like it does in VS, so you can add different controls to each tab...
