The dual iso is dual architecture (32 and 64 bit). i586 means 32 bit Pentium compatible architecture. For more information, read the README file in the link you posted.

please tell if GCC compiler is included in this ISOs?
I don't know. If it's not, it's pretty easy to install using Mandriva's package manager though.
