    Problems with a mod_rewrite

    Folks,

Any idea why the following set of rules is working on one server and not the other? Both have mod_rewrite enabled and the only difference is the website is installed on a primary domain on the one it works, and on a subdomain on the one it doesn't.

    Code:
    php_flag magic_quotes_gpc Off

    RewriteEngine on
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule .* index.php [L]

Are the rewrite rules in a .htaccess, in a <Directory/Location> directive, or somewhere else?
    All the buzzt!

I solved it the meantime, thanks.

The host was using an alias and I add to had a RewriteBase.
