(Assuming Windows)
Just typing "D: [ENTER]" won't change the current directory.
Did you try "CD .. [ENTER]" ?
What is "D:" Anyway? Hard drive? Flash Drive?
If you have the privileges, just "DEL D:\autorun.inf [ENTER]"
cd /d d:\
