That's a rather stupid thing to say, because XP is not god and that could very well be XP with the 98 theme.

5/10 A lot of people cannot pull off the black look. You're one of them. It's too dark but you don't have enough non-dark elements to make it look good. The top graphic is too big and WAY too...
