my question is why does it take everyone a month. I don't have cable. Here is what to do.

Start downloading
Go to bed (sleep) for a while
Wake up
Eat
Download complete.

Actuly, you might want to lay of graphics, until directx 9 is out. I belive it is supposted to finsh the intergartions started but not quite right in 8. directdraw and d3d.

LMAO, you guys are goiing to do a game using the windows API. Hate to burst your bubbles, but that is crazy, its way to slow. Until dirextx came out games were still made it dos.
