Hello, as a fairly die hard windows user, i am bout to come into possesion of a second PC. On this PC i would like to install Linux.
However, having never used Linux/Unix before, i do not know...

QNX? Is that some sort of Unix / Linux O/S? If so, wot is it good for, is it free, and where can i get from?

I don't see the problem with microsofts tactics, when you buy a car, parts made by the manufacturer of that car will work best with those cars, if you by a nissan part for a honda, you can expect it...
