If you mean that the private port (ie, the port of the computer, not the port on the router), then there should be no problem having two computers listening on port 23 and forwarding different public...
Just some clarification...
There is private IP and public IP. 192.168.X.X are private IPs. There is and never will be a router or computer on the web which uses those IPs.
