Questiong: does the ! affect the answer of !( ( 1 || 0 ) && 0 ) ?
C. !( ( 1 || 0 ) && 0 ) ANSWER: 1 (Parenthesis are useful)
1 || 0 = 1 =0
0 || 0 =1
is this a correct disection of the problem? is 0 || 0 = 1?
