If graphics.h is a DOS LIB is there a similar one for Windows/other compilers? And what is it?

uh yeah, well whenever I try to use this I get:

"unknown file or directory 'include <graphics.h>' "

what is wrong with this? Is it even a LIB ( or whatever they are called, I am a n00b )
