RePhrase: Wanna join a DEV team?

Wanna join a DEV team? Well gee i wanna start one. I would like to put a team together of programmers, web designers, gfx designers, and sound mixers. Eventually yes i would like to hope for a 3rd, maybe 1st person RPG style game... But i think we should start buy working as a team, thus writing smaller programs first! Such as Breakout? Online Tic Tac Toe? Tetris. Then slowly adding advanced things into our programs learning some as we go... anyway i need more ideas and thoughts of everything thats why i need you! Once we have a team we can create ideas, not my by myself!
