Sorry, I got confused there. Doesnt the xml files and the rest of the files go to a library or something. But I was definetely told that a source code is needed.

    So let's recap here:
    1. You don't know what you have ("XML files" of some sort, or a "library or something").
    2. You don't know what you need ("source code" of some sort, to go "onto the compiler"). (And I thought Lua and Python were interpreted?)
    3. You say the programming is done, even though you don't know what that means.
    4. You don't know how much you'll pay.
    5. You don't appear to have a timeline in mind.
    6. You don't know the legal bits surrounding your product name.
    7. But you do have a company, apparently, and the bestest ideas ever.

    Did I miss anything?

Can I please state that I will go into more detail as soon as someone applies for the job officially thats what I said previouly.

I will answer the questions above.

    1. I do know files I have, because I am the creator and abviously I will know what I have.
    2. I know what a source code is, and I know you need it.
    3. I have a timeline in mind.
    4. We are currently getting a hold of Apple and letting them know. We do know the legal stuff.
    5. Yes, we have some great ideas which we want to make.

*I do not know why you are getting your anger up. I am just looking for someone to help with the source code and assembling all the files together.

I believe tabstop's point is that so far you sound like a kid who does not know his stuff and yet is trying to bluff his way through. If you provided more useful information in a more convincing manner, you might be taken more seriously.

If I could just get someone to work with me I could show that person that this is a serious project and not just somone boy messing around what I am not.

    So, can you clarify:
    - How much work is there to be done (that means: is it worth me even looking at it)
    - What sort of skills are you looking for (layout of web-pages, 3D animation to name a few)
    - Roughly what do you plan on paying those who are interested (again, it tells me if it's worht looking at or not).

Most job offers do have some sort of indication in those areas.

I'm pretty sure in my personal case that I haven't got sufficient skills in the right areas and sufficiently well-paid for your project to "not be able to afford me", but I could of course be wrong. I'm just asking those questions to help clarify what you are looking for - just asking for "someone that maybe can do something that I need" is not a very well-thought out strategy for getting the right staff for a project such as this [assuming your plans are as well-thought out as you imply, you should also know what type of staff you need].

Please don't PM me for help - and no, I don't do help over instant messengers.

    Answers below:

    1. There is a very small amount of work to be done just source code, then put on compiler and I will get a website developer to build a website.

    2. Well, I am looking for someone who is a good worker, and has c++ skills, and if you have a small creative skill thats also great but thats not all the important (creative skill).

    3. I am still deciding on how much pay there will be.

This is NOT a windup. Please read the above answers. I clearly said that there is not a lot to do. I did not say that the source code was a small task.

Again, I want to tell everyone this is NOT a windup. Please could someone help me.

This sounds like another request for free labor for a half baked idea, no offence. Trust me when I say the idea you have presented is not new or groundbreaking.
Have you written the design document, requirements document, the business model or the design proposal?

In any case, I charge $25 an hour salary or $50 an hour contract and would need the requirements document prior to accepting the job.
Until you can build a working general purpose reprogrammable computer out of basic components from radio shack, you are not fit to call yourself a programmer in my presence. This is cwhizard, signing off.

If you say the source code is already written, then why couldn't the person who wrote it also compile it while they were at it?
