Well, I want to create a free image editor. I've been trying to learn C so I could edit the free source code from GIMP. But so far, to no avail >.> What I need is someone to basically edit things. Nothing to strenuous. If anyone would be willing to help, that'd be awesome. If not, that ok too.
What needs editing:
- Appearance ( I can provide graphics )
- Possibly Settings ( Filters, Brushes etc...)
May change. Still not sure what you can and cannot edit, but these are basically what I need.
