Debugging DirectShow

Well, as the title says, I need to debug DirectShow, but I don't know how to enable debugging anymore since Microsoft moved it into the platform sdk.
The DirectX SDK no longer has any debug libraries for DirectShow. I don't know if the platform sdk has any such libraries either.
And I don't know how to enable logging for DirectShow either because it used to be in the DX control panel before, which, of course, it isn't now.

If anyone has any experience or knowledge, then please share it.
