Do you dream in C++? Do you look at intersections and immediately know how the traffic lights could be better timed to make the traffic flow more freely? Do you watch ants carrying breadcrumbs back to the mound and understand exactly how their little universe works? Can you immediately look at a piece of code and see what the idiot programmer did to make it take 15 seconds to do something that should take 15 nanoseconds?

We are BSG Alliance. We're looking for a C++ performance tuning expert with experience in high-volume, real-time transaction systems (up to 100,000 transactions per second). Financial Systems experience is a plus, but not a requirement. All we require is that you can come in, look at code, and make it better.

We're willing to consider both contract and full-time, and we pay really, really well.
