C++ Programmer/developer Needed - Tempe, Az

We are looking for someone who can "think outside the box" when it comes to running a team and managing multiple projects at once. Also, the job is very much deadline driven, which means they have to deliver versions of software to clients in a timely manner. Our manager is looking to hire someone who is trustworthy, has a good personality and not afraid to "role up their sleeves and get dirty". We are loking for someone who is skilled in Windows development. Currently they use alot of C++, but other window languages are acceptable. The individual will be doing alot of customizing of software through scripting. Expereince with relational databases is a must. They currently use Sybase. Expereince with TCP/IP connectivity sockets, cabling and any kind of graphics packages. Knowledge of Web technologies and development is another key to this position.

Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our intelligent network infrastructure management software, in an efficient and timely manner.

" Microsoft Visual C++
" VB Scripting
" Client / Server Architecture
" Multi-Threaded Programming
" ActiveX / OLE
" COM/DCOM
" Win32
" MFC
" SQL
" Working knowledge of networking infrastructure is highly desirable.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
" Bachelors Degree in Computer Science with an emphasis on programming or the equivalent related experience required.
" At least 2 years of continuous experience in software development and programming.
