How I envy that speed. (Not the bill.) :D
I only have 52.0 Kbps. :(
3.1Mb DSL
350~ down, 32up
Actually, it WAS 2Mbit, but with the DTV (digital television, which costs only extra $4 per month), there's 6Mbit reserved for the DTV and 6Mbit that you can be used with a normal connection (that makes a total of 12Mbit). Also, here, in Estonia the highest speed available is about 15Mbit and that costs about $40.Quote:

I'm using DSL now, which is nice: speed that costs less than an appendage.
No matter how fast your connection, on most sites, you still have to wait for a bloated php/asp script with two dozen database queries to run before the page displays.
Cable, 10 Mbit up and down. $7/month. I thought about getting 100 Mbit but it costs twice as much.
Im using 15+ mbit fiber here. 10 mbit for $7!!! Comcast offers $40 bbucks for 6mbit here! BTW, someone should add a "greater then..." selection to the poll
I am on a T3 line.
Same, except my upload is like 100. But who cares about upload anyway...Quote:
