i know that programming for any aol program is pretty useless, but i'm writing a bot that will communicate with users on aol's instant messenger. the bot works fine when talking in IM's, but for some reason, I can't get the chat text from the chat room. If anyone has tried this and succeeded, please let me know.

If you make a call to findwindow to find the chat window, you can use EnumChildWindows (or something to that effect...someone help me out with the name) one of the returned handles will probably be the edit window for the chat...lemme look this up...something to this effect was posted a while ago.
