I am having a problem with my KERNEL...

This is mainly regarding my OpenGL.DLL but various others are messed up as well.
I get a 2 errors everytime I run anythig with openGL.

ERROR 1:
The OPENGL32.DLL file is linked to missing export KERNEL.DLL:isWow64Process
 
ERROR 2:
*filepath*.exe
A device attached to the system is not functioning.

the ERROR 2: is the exe of the program using opengl. on the first error I have no idea waht could be wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Also i tried to replace my KERNEL32.DLL with a new one but the one I have is protected by a password, anyone know the password for it (windows ME).
