Installing program?

Where could I get a program that installs files into a certain directery that the user specifies?

Whenever you purchase a computer game, it has an auto installer type thing. I need that kind of program so whenever somebody clicks on a download link, it will show up and they can choose where to install the files.

Search google for Installshield or write your own. All they usually do is unpack the files and move them. There are other installers available as well.
