Service Contract Search

Hi. I am in search of a Service Contract that a consultant would use when making an agreement with a company one proposes to do business with.

In particular, a computer - related consultant is trying to set up a service contract with a CPA firm to help them network their computers and set up their database.

Where might I find an example of such a contract?

Can anyone please point me in the right direction?
