I get these errors:

They says that I shall link ws2_32.lib but were is it? and how I do it with dev-c++?

Roughly speaking
Project settings -> Linker -> additional libraries

If the library is not in one of the standard places, then you may need additional library directories as well.

Where is the library for winsock then?

I believe it's libwsock32.a for that compiler (in the \lib directory - of course).
