Old NT SDK? Trying to get netperf working

Hey guys, howzit going? Im trying to get the netperf TCP/UDP/sockets/etc performance benchmark utility compiled, however its trying to include:

And i dont have these headers. I went to http://www.dcs.gla.ac.uk/~lewis/ac4.html and grabbed the 2000 DDK, as well as the Platform SDK from http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/...msdk/sdkupdate however im still without these headers. Would any of you happen to have a link stashed away to the NT SDK installer? Im not picky about the version as long as it gets this thing compiling. Thanks for your time.
