Then ivgda will play it, and turn it into graphics.

No offense, even though I find yo usomewhat annoying, but how many times have yo useen a request for someone to work on a project actually get people to join? It is highly unlikely anyone will join you especially since some people share my opinion of you. I'm not trying to be mean but just to tell the truth.

I will help:
1. If you are serious.
2. If you are well rounded in C/C++.
3. If you are leading the project.
4. If the game is not text.
Most of these posts are very annoying because most of them are written by people who are just shooting their mouth off or talking out of their arse.
Give some more info and I'll see if I can assist with some portions.
In your post you talked about making a text game - I will not assist with that in any way.
Actually, the text versions AREN'T needed. I just need some Basic version in a non complex programming style.
I am the leader, but i cant do graphics. My computer sucks so much that it will not do graphics programming.
I have a CRT burnout and my OS is very slow (Micr$oft).
But if i can learn graphics and just code it, that would be great.
I am leading it.
I have a fairly good C++ knowledge for battle systems.
I just learned Classes, and im improving on that.
I have made classes for the FMOD sound system for the CD drive, Modules, and Samples.
And yes, im serious.
What sorts of graphics are we talking here?
What type of graphics engine? 2D or 3D?
What type of sound engine? Third party or coding your own?
I have many more questions. I would be able to assist with quite a bit of it, including a sound engine, but much more info needed.
Currently I already have a DirectX startup module that is available for re-use and it logs errors in a log file in the root directory of the game and/or engine.
I also have a small tile engine up and running, but I need tiles and sprites. Real-time lighting has not been implemented yet, but it does have the classes for it.
Hand-drawn 2D.
We will use FSL, the FMOD classes i made for it.
It is very easy to use.
I will supply the sounds, and graphics.
It is actually gonna be a Turn Based Strategy game for the first few. But a few of them are gonna be top down shooters.
the final one is a fighter game.
Maybe later when we get a new PC we can make a 3D, but im not anywhere near that yet.
