How To Combine C Codes With Visual Basic 6's Graphical User Interfaces?

How do I combine C codes that I normally see executed in DOS or Command Prompt with Visual Basic 6? I am using a Visual Studio 6 Enterprise Edition at home. Is there a way? I hope you could enlighten me on this as I am a self taught programmer wannabe. I have no one to consult but the books that I have do not touch on this matter.

Is there any option in Visual C++ that I could use to drag & drop GUIs like command button, Text Field, etc that I could use with C?

And yes, if you use Visual C++, you can make dialog boxes and add as many controls, etc. to them graphically as you like.
