Well, often, the colleges don't send out the information. Instead, they can hire a company to do it for them.
why not check the database for duplicates entries

i hate the spam email i get. i get at least 5 or 6 emails a day from colleges...its annoying
I'm not too sure searching for duplicates can help. I've occassionally had mail from colleges that transposed my last name with someone else's. :rolleyes:
