It's Photoshopped, so when he resized the head it messed up.

As for her face that's how she naturally looks, and I don't see what's wrong with her face, either. Obviously I used Photoshop, or any other paint program, and when I did use ps I didn't resize the image.
This deserves deleting....my gf is far better looking than that!
