Cyborga update (tools fun )
For anyone who remembers my game Skylock: Cyborga, I know
it's been awhile since I've posted any updates. I explain why in
the readme in the zip file.
This tool is used to adjust the animation of the game's sprites;
the delay, the position of each frame, etc.). It includes a new
sprite sheet of one of the robot enemies.

Also, for anyone who cares, I know I haven't updated my
website's tutorials and articles in a while (for the same reasons
explained in the readme). Since I've finally got the groundwork
laid down on the 3 initial tools (still have to rework the level
editor), I plan to start working again on the articles, etc.
