Good opengl book which incorporates MFC?

I don't know very much about opengl, but I'm definately looking to learn it.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good opengl book that incorporates the code into the mfc framework.

Not really.

Maybe the reason they ask is because someone might know a book, so they don't hafta sift through the useless results you give them in Google.

Well, maybe they should give 5 minutes effort to answer sifting before giving up and asking a question on the board.
