anyone know of a great pop-up killer program?

I am tired of those darn pop-ups and have been searching but wanted to ask for some opinions of really good programs for download. Got any?

If it's due to websites: Opera

If it's due to spyware: Ad-aware (find it yourself. :p)

Do a search for the Proxomitron,

second make sure that www.cprogramming.com www.gamedev.net and other sites are bypasted. This way they get there sponsership.

I agree. Opera kills about all the pop-up adds, you just have to enable it.

One disadvanage, is that some websites have pop up java script windows but opera kills those. You can tell if this happends, when the screen flashes quickly, and nothing pops up.
