msscript.ocx

I'm developing an application in MSVC++6 using MFC where I need some kind of scripting support. I've tried msscript.ocx and managed to get it working in Visual Basic satisfactorally, but when I try to import it into MSVC++6 it doesn't work... it says something about "not properly imported into the control gallery" or something... and I've tried heaps of things but still can't get it working. Does anybody know how to get it working, or any method of scripting I could use?
