O.k, i'm been trying to look for books on C++ and everything I seem to come up with is books on Visual C++ not only that there really wierd and don't show much, and don't explain much, I know that by asking which book is the best, i'm going to get a zillion books, but DAM Someone please direct me somewhere.
I seem to know a couple of books and online tutorials:
The C++ Programming Language Special Edition
Practical C++ (I learned from this book)
Cprogramming.com Tutorials
Online C++
