Did you install a C compiler?
Did you install a standard C library?

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lXaw
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

Xaw - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Either
- you need to install it,
- you need to get the name correct (do you have libXaw.a)?
- you need to specify the directory (using -L) where libXaw.a can be found.
Remember, case is important. Does it really have a capital letter?
