C++>>How do I read a specific content from a file and output it in differ way?

find the below content in a file
Chain: c1
Scan In: datai[0]
Scan Out: tdo
Length: 984

and output as

ScanChain "c0" {
ScanLength 984;
ScanIn "tms";
ScanOut "crcerror";
Anyone can give me some ideas?

By parsing the input... Based on the input, you seem to have some magical output though.
