company that pays CPC or CPM?

Hi!

I am looking for good (reliable, with not only few banners) company that pays either CPC or CPM.
My site (www.cpp-home.com for C++ resources) gets about 1300 visitors a day, and 300 000 impressions a month.
I already tried:
AmazingMedia- don't accept publishers anymore
Safe-audit- they lie a lot
focusIN- very very low rates, and pop-up banners, that you can't remove
fastclick- they rejected me
flycast - don't accept publishers anymore
ValidAds- amateurs! They don't pay you!

So, if anyone can help me, and recommend me any company that is known to pay their members (also- pay international), please, drop me a line!
