monitor Http traffic

Hello everyone,


I want to monitor Http traffic from my local computer (Windows Server 2003) -- not always using IE -- to some specific web site.

I am interested in the headers/bodies in request/response. Any tool to use? Or code samples so that I can easily write one?

STOP spamming 5 to 6 questions a day about topics that could be solved with a simple Google search.

Learn to use a search engine or perhaps read a book.
