Minimize itself?
I've got a tradeshow presentation for a client that launches an .exe file hat was created in C. Everything works great, now I need a way to NOT see the .exe program when it runs (it's output is the important part, not the program itself). Is there a way to tell a program to always open itself in the backgoround? If not, any ideas?
Thanks.

Would depend a great deal on your operating system.

well, right now it's all running in XP. However, the final resting place could be Win 98.

Ah, Windows. So is this a Windows program, (GUI), or a console?

what do you mean by run in the background....
do you ....
a) Need your program to run without a task bar button but maybe an icon in the systray on a per-user basis.
or
b) Need your program to run in the background even with no user logged on.
some real information would be nice if you want help doing this.
