    very simple coding that use voip
    Now that's an oxymoron.

    Developing a VOIP framework will be a very challenging project for a newbie programmer. But anyway, here's a starting point VOIP Open Source

    VoIP with SIP

    try to create a simple INVITE request and send it across to any of the installed voip servers ( proxy , media server ) .

    sipp will be very usefull in this scenarios

    SIP is easy and all text-based. xml is primarily used. asterisk is a good project
