Send information to this IP.

How can I send information to a different IP address through a program, then recive it with a program on the other end. (The "different IP address" that is.) I have seen a program like that before avalible for download for $$$. So I know it can be done. The purpose of doing this would be to service others computers.

Thanks, August

What exactly do you mean? What kind of information?

telnet is a standard program that ships with most computers (Windows anyway). type telnet in the command prompt and research it a little bit.
