My brother and I are finally wanting to get the functionality to make quality trance sets, but as of now we only have two bottom line vinyl turntables and a mixer. I was thinking, we have two ipods, and could probably get two cheap dsps. So my question is could I take FX programs written in c, and then cross compile them with TI's code composer studio? From there I have two more questions. How to connect the ipod to the dsp? And then lets say I have a pitch shift effect compiled on the dsp, how to trigger changes with something like a knob?
Please give me some guidance
