Help on MS exchange server

Well i try to open port 25 of ms exchange server send my mail and look what it says
220 highway.nu.edu.pk ESMTP Server (Microsoft Exchange Internet Mail Service 5.5
.2656.59) ready
HELO
250 OK
MAIL FROM:<test>
250 OK - mail from <test>
RCPT TO:<1860>
250 OK - Recipient <1860>
DATA
354 Send data. End with CRLF.CRLF
helloo jsahdash
.
250 OK

But i do not recive mail ,here 1860 is my own ID ...
Why is this happening
