    Windows Network Monitor

    Hi,

I'm after writing an app for Windows which monitors all network traffic (log each ip and amount of data s/r).

Can this just be a user app or would it require being at a lower level?

    Cheers

p.s. I do have a fair bit of programming experience, just not with Windows...
