I don't know, I'm starting get racist about IDE's. If you aren't dealing with anymore than 4 decent sized files in programming, then IDE's are just a waste of time! You just need freakin' notepad, borland's free command line compiler (gcc/g++ for Linux), and beer.

Borland C/C++BuilderX is a very nice and powerfull IDE, and it's free for personal use
