MS compiler in Linux environment

Hello all,

I have MS VC++ 6.0, I love programming in its environment. Will this work in a Linux environment? (Mandrake 8.2 Personal)

It can run in linux using wine but it cannot compile anything I suggest you get used to gcc or your out of luck.
