Saying that, I have sniffed out liblfds. Comparing code, I think my interpretation of a lock-free queue worked only in the specific way that I was using it, otherwise it was horribly broken.
Plus, the authors have been pre-brow-beaten by Codeplug!
libwine doesn't tie you to x86. it's not the same as installing wine and running a windows program. libwine is a wrapper library that exposes the windows API, and translates those calls to linux system calls. it is used to build windows source code on linux, not run windows binaries on linux. libwine can be built on many platforms, and is not limited to x86.
