Programming Tips

I'm working on a new section of the site, and I need your help. I've thrown together a PHP script that allows visitors to read, write and rate programming tips: http://www.cprogramming.com/tips/. I'd like your help adding new and interesting tips for the site's visitors. All tips are moderated, so if you don't see your submission the first time, please don't keep posting it. I'll approve it quickly.

In addition, feedback and suggestions are welcome. (The next order of business will be to add some nice sorting features, so no need to suggest that one.)

I was just thinking, "I should add void main", when the page finished loading (56k line...), and lo and behold, look what Alex has posted!

A very nice idea!

I noticed my tip has been voted for more times than it has been viewed. A glitch?

I also noticed Alex added some more information to my suggesting. Thanks! (but you forget the closing parenthesis)

Sort of a glitch. Apparently somebody thinks its funny that I didn't add a check to make sure the same IP wasn't voting for the same tip multiple times. Looks like that needs to be fixed.

Nothing wrong with that, as long he is willing to give the updates for free. And if someone buys it, his motivation will increase resulting in a better script.
Nice job webmaster, and also a pretty good idea.
One question: what happens if someone posts a fake tip? I think it would be better if you include feedback features.

It's the first time I visited the tips site. I felt that it's a little bit messy and hard to navigate, but it's a good start though. A lot of them is very informative.

It would be very nice if it is organized in sections.

Such as
General C++ Tips
Memory Management Tips
Input/Output Tips
Networking Related Tips
Data Structure Tips
Algorithms
Design Patterns
and etc...

He said that he has to approve the tip first, so presumably he checks to see that it isn't a fake tip.
