    Why does being truncated defeat him? His new shape is better, he should actually be able to move and fight better now.

    He's not really defeated - he's just in shock. Although his swordplay might be a tad worse, since he lost some precision.

    I think if you suddenly lost a good chunk of your mass you'd be in no shape to do much of anything.

    Wow I didnt know Matticus was an artist as well as being a programmer.
