You know, the best way to deal with replies is to take feedback to the heart. I have no intention of subscribing to a site whose advertiser or members tell people to go away when they complain.
I really don't care whose problem it is. It's an inconvenience. It's annoying. It's putting me off. That is reality, and it is the author of the blog to make sure the blog is as accessible to people as possible. You may blame tools, platforms or whatever, but in the end, it falls on the shoulders of the author. Nowhere do I see, "I apologize for ...." to account for the fact that the blogger has attempted to find a solution to this problem. That makes it the author's problem.
